She was conceived on 29 March 1985 at Roswell near New Mexico. Gerina is the given name of her. Gerina Stevenson, the Mexican child from Rita Stevenson Stevenson and Alan Stevenson Stevenson is birthed in Mexico. She has Mexican origins, however she is American as a national. Her passion for sports was born as a kid. Gerina took up golf when she reached the age of 15. Gerina was a graduate of Goddard High School. In high school, she won her first prize in the New Mexico state golf tournament. Also, she was a volleyball player and competed on the level of state. She attended the University of Texas, Texas, for the 2003 academic year. In her senior year, she won each tournament that was entered. In her undergraduate professional career, she took home an award for Conference USA Individual Champion Player of the Year Award and Female UTEP athlete of the Year.
